x. moved to north carolina when she was fifteen with her oldest brother, and graduated from UNC in may of 2005
x. deciding against using her degree, amber moved to new york city to persue a career in modeling after meeting with an agent and letting all the fancy words persuade her.
x. met ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) skeeve in early 2006 while sharing an apartment with him and four other roommates. eventually one thing lead to another.
x. welcomed molly-belle murphy in july 2007
x. lived out of a hotel and worked several jobs as a waitress, a starbucks barista, retail associate, front desk and chamber maid to keep her head above water while raising molly on her own
x. remained friends with skeeve, wanting him to be a part of their daughters life just as much as he wanted to be
x. after a failed modeling career, one kid, and a handful of minimum wage paying jobs, amber finally got the sense to pick up and leave, asking payton to come with her so they could be a real family.
x. now living in a three bedroom apartment with payton and molly, getting their shit together for the first time
x. currently works as a pampered chef sales rep. beneath her mother, but plans on putting her degree to use once her feet are firmly planted on the ground and she figures out what she plans on doing with her life.
